Once we found Brandywine Cyclery we stopped having to go anywhere else. Love this family owned local business. Very friendly people. I also really enjoy Mondays with Margot, a group ride that is accessible for all levels.
You can't go wrong here. BC is a relationship based team that isn't about the quick sale. They truly care about their customers and are looking out for your best interests. If you bring your bike in for "something that happened as I was just riding along"...they are always willing to take the time to educate their customers, and will stand behind their work.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, diverse product lines, and consistently phenomenal service! What more could you ask for?
Brandywine Cyclery is hands down the best bicycle shop around. Matt can expertly fit you to whatever type of ride you have. Margo can get you looking all spiffed out in the latest cycling apparel. Chip knows the secrets to keep your bike running like a well oiled machine. Everyone in house knows the ins and outs to help you make the right bicycle purchase. An excellent shop with a super knowledgable staff. Best kit and gear in the area by far. Wheels, bikes clothes you name it. They are even nice to triathletes :) I highly recommend this shop.
