Went in to get a flat fixed and the guy that helped me was great. Fixed the flat super quickly and gave me many pointers on local biking. Will definitely make this my go to place when I need anything involving my bike. Highly recommend.
Fantastic service from the guys at Brandywine Bikes. They set up 3 bikes for myself and my wife to use over the Wilmington Grand Prix weekend as we were jetting in from the UK. The teams were super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be using them next time I'm in Wilmington. Thanks guys :)

Friendly staff. Disappointment with the shape of our new bike though. Purchased a brand new bike directly from Liv-cycling .com. Asked the shop to ship it to us since they had one in stock (we live 2.5 hours fro the shop). Bike came with mud on the frame, worn out, dirty tires and it was missing the remote lockout for the fork. Once we contacted the shop, they kindly told us the bike was ridden once and that was it. Bought a new electric mountain bike. They said for what I was going to do a stiff frame in the back was good enough at 1k cheaper in price. They never tried to up the sale on anything. I still wanted a full suspension which they ordered. Also great discounts on accessories when i went in. They installed all the accessories on the bike. Employee are very friendly and knowledgeable.
