I had a wonderful experience living in one of the properties managed by this company. For almost three years, it was a true pleasure. Chris Pauline, the property manager for Bank Street, is an absolute joke. For 10 months he avoided installing light trim kits until a different management company took over. He would close any maintenance requests related to the lights. During the summer, the temperate of the living room would be 10 to 15 degrees hotter than what you set it at and Chris would tell you the AC was working just fine.
