I absolutely love the apartment we have moved into. Unfortunately, management and maintenance are unresponsive and negligent. I have reached out numerous times about serious issues and have been dismissed, ignored, and shut down. It is incredibly difficult to get anyone to respond and even showing up in person is hit or miss as the office is closed randomly during business hours. I had a wonderful experience living in one of the properties managed by this company. For almost three years, it was a true pleasure. The management team was fantastic, and I especially want to give a shout-out to Eleanor Safer – she is absolutely amazing! Her responsiveness and helpfulness were truly appreciated. Chris Pauline, the property manager for Bank Street, is an absolute joke. For 10 months he avoided installing light trim kits until a different management company took over. He would close any maintenance requests related to the lights. During the summer, the temperate of the living room would be 10 to 15 degrees hotter than what you set it at and Chris would tell you the AC was working just fine.
