I wanted to see an apartment they manage. I called to set an appointment and left a message. No one returned my call. I CALLED FIVE MORE TIMES. No one called back. I feel sorry for the owners of the apartments as their units could be rented if their management company bothered to make an effort.

I have liked my apartment, but maintenance is negligent. They have also just let themselves into my apartment when I wasn’t home once with no permission. They also let themselves into my apartment when I was home, scaring the daylights out of me. Overall, they’re negligent and bad communicators. They don’t respect their clients privacy or needs.

I absolutely love the apartment we have moved into. Unfortunately, management and maintenance are unresponsive and negligent. I have reached out numerous times about serious issues and have been dismissed, ignored, and shut down. It is incredibly difficult to get anyone to respond and even showing up in person is hit or miss as the office is closed randomly during business hours. I understand being short staffed and spread thin, but you are dealing with people's homes and lives and those people deserve, at the bare minimum, ... read more
