RecommendedHave been with Brandy and team for years. I seldom need assistance but when I do they are prompt and answer any questions. It’s a comfort and one less thing to worry about.
Brandy did a great job listening to my needs and telling me about only the products I was interested in. Every time I call there's always been someone to quickly assist me.
I went with this office initially because they were less expensive than my carrier and offered better coverage. Having three teenage drivers on my policy made savings very important. Last week they called to inform me my rates dropped an additional $600 a year. The staff is great, and Brandy is very personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Despite good reviews on yelp, this state farm office has left me with MUCH to be desired. The employees are good on the initial sales end when you first open your policy but drop off on the customer service end after that after they receive your first check. I opened a new policy with this agent at the start of Oct 2017 after holding a policy for a decade with another company. That part went smoothly.
