AMAZING! Get medium the hot is unreal! Was sweating the entire time but couldn't stop.

It is my favorite restaurant, the food is delicious!
Very nice restaurant with excellent food and friendly service. The smoked meat dishes are wonderful, but my personal favorite are the Fried Dumplings with garlic sauce. I have been a big dumpling fan for years, but haven't ever had such a treat as those served at this restaurant. I am begging for the recipe so I can enjoy them in Texas! I highly recommend that you make time for a meal at Brandy Ho's during any trip to San Francisco! None of their recipes contain MSG.
I loved the food here! My wife and I had the fried onion cake with peanut sauce, which was one of the most delicious appetizers I've ever had. Our entrees were also very good. The place is authentic, but very accessible to people who know none of the Chinese language. (We originally tried to find a "hole-in-the-wall" type of Chinese place, but we couldn't read the menus, and the prices seemed to not be listed in USD.)
