i do not recommend this ace hardware to anybody. they were very unprofessional and impolite. i called ahead to make they did a service i wanted and was assured they could do it. when i got to store(after a 20 mile drive) i was told they could in fact not do it. after i told them i called ahead nobody owned up talking to me and all they could say was sorry. i filed a complaint with the ace hardware consumer complaint division and they said they would talk to them. what good will that do i don't plan on stepping foot inside th... read more
