The worst customer service.
I just completed a 700 sf deck resurfacing project using Timber Tech decking and Westbury Railing. I am completely satisfied with both the materials and the service I received from Hackman Lumber. Justin Waechter came out and measured my deck in Bourbon, MO. He brought samples for selection and figured my order. Justin was available several times during the project, by phone, to answer my installation questions. I couldn't be happier with the results. Tom Keith and Kelly were wonderful! Very friendly. Quickly help me find exactly what I needed. The store has a wide spectrum of materials, with a small town, local hardware store kind of feel.
The truth is, I have had a very poor experience working with Hackman lumber. The customer service has been less than sub par As someone who is ordering roof trusses for a roof rebuild, you can imagine that I will have quite a few questions. None of my questions have been answered with enthusiasm or any helpful direction.
