Worst car dealership! They are thieves Greg is the worst lier! Bought a car and w week later there were three things wrong with it! Do not give them your business they are liers and thieves go somewhere else unless you want to throw your money away! They cannot be trusted !
I always tell my friends to check out cars thoroughly before ever buying from a used car lot. My first friend found this dealership when he was driving down 41 and spotted a car he wanted. He made the purchase within several hours and was so happy that he recommended Brandt to another friend. Friend #2 had the same nice treatment and bought a car as well. Car was sold to me with warped rotors, and poorly rated cinese tires. Mr. Brandt is very arrogant. Door was defective as well as back seat. Would definately not go back.
We've been searching and waiting for the right vehicle for at least a year. Saw a van we liked @ Brandt. The lowest price on the web with all the features we wanted. We had outside financing that fell thru at the last moment because the van had 11000 miles more than our bank allowed for the terms we wanted. One quick phone call and these guys made it happen for us at the last minute! A BIG THANK YOU TO RICHARD AND MARK! A huge headache that ended positively. I couldn't believe how easy they made our car buying experience!
Within 5 days of making my purchase at Brandt Auto Brokers, I knew I had made a mistake. The "check engine" light came on when I had driven the car less than 200 miles, and the follow-up revealed the car had numerous problems, including a leaking motor mount and warped brakes. When I reported the problems to the dealership, they disavowed any responsibility, blaming instead the Audi dealership and the rain for the car's problems.
