They're just phoning it in. Made no effort to seek out deductions. Didn't ask any questions or offer any advice. We paid more in taxes every time we filed with Brandt that we do anywhere else.
Excellent experience with office staff. I was pleased with my results and the prompt service. I would highly recommend for anyone with a small side business.
I highly recommend not going here!! They messed my taxes and also my parents taxes up. They just assume they know what’s going on and don’t search for an answer which will really scare you in the end!!!

This was the third year my husband and I had our taxes completed here. The past two years were very good (that why this a three star review and not one). This year however, was a complete mess. When we first received our taxes to sign I found over $50k of income was not reported even though we provided a W2. Once that was fixed and filed and I have now received notice something was incorrect with our state filing. Still waiting to find out what was wrong with that filing.
