Brands Capital was responsive to any issues I experienced. The property was fairly priced for the condition and rent was not over inflated for the 7 years I was a tenant. The online pay feature was convenient and they are accommodating to multiple pets, which can be hard to find when renting. They also offer generous discounts for consistently paying on time.
