Brandon was on top of all my ridiculous questions for my first time buying and if he didn’t know right at that second he would get me an answer very quick. The process took a little longer due to the other party being lazy. It got to the point that Brandon was doing two parts to keep me happy and meet our deadline. Very easy to talk to and I could text him whenever i need. I highly recommend him if you’re going through the process especially for the first time.
My husband and I enlisted Brandon’s services to buy a new home and to simultaneously sell our existing home. The goal was to close on both houses on the same day, which with Brandon’s hard work, we were able to do. Brandon made the process easy for us, when we found our new home Brandon was an excellent advocate in negotiating with the seller.
