...Thanks to the Brandon Regional Hospital's Staff that served me on yesterday, 12-21-17. Because of their compassionate skills and service, they made my visit a very special and peaceful one...So to the OR staff (including my surgeon Dr. Kimberly Giffard), Mammography staff, Nurses-Ashley and Marcia, the gentleman who drew my blood- Lab, Santha-Registration and the Registration Nurse#0958...I've been admitted to many, many hospitals - You're the BEST!!!!!... While sitting in the ER room waiting for the doctor to come in and check on my son yesterday evening, My granddaughter decides she's gonna play doctor. After checking her daddy, she accidently drops one of her blue gloves that the nurse gave her on the floor. She bent down to pick it up and when she stood up she was holding a small pair of bloody scissors. Extremely poor treatment. I will never go back to Brandon Regional Hospital.
Currently in room 234 bed 1 Sharing a room for 2 with 3 people! 2 Woman and 1 man can you say 3s company? But not funny at all. My bed is so old it has a permanent gigantic dip in the middle. I pushed my nurse button for 10 minutes and finally had to walk down to the nurse station. I can’t give you a 1 star because at least I’m still alive but I wish my doctor would at least come and talk to me and let me know about all the tests that have been done. Desperately seeking answers.....
While I want to start off letting you all know I had taken my son to Brandon Regional - Plant City for a broken bone and the doctors he saw were amazing with him and cared about him genuinely.
