I wouldn't wish Brandon Regional Hospital onto my worst enemy. I have never dealt with such a bad/unprofessional staff. It should never take 8hrs for a dr to see your test and give you answers especially if you're in the ICU. Those results should be expedited. They are playing games to keep you longer and run up the bills. If you like rude nurses, doctors with no empathy and shity food be my guest. I'd rather die in these streets before they keep me another night
Since one star seems to be the lowest rating we can give, we want to thank you for confirming our worst fear regarding the state of "healthcare" in the world today. This has to be the worst hospital in the area. They are understaffed, disorganized, and unprofessional. I would advise a longer drive to another location, this isn't a fitting place for your loved ones, or yourself.
My eBill is ready, but I can't access it because I just happen to be overseas. On top of that, the last time I tried to phone in to pay a bill, I was passed to at least 3 different operators and one computerized answering system. All asked me the same questions and insisted on me supplying a phone number that is no longer in use—not to mention the fact I couldn't even remember said phone number. Brandon Medical Hospital is the worst medical facility that I ever been too. You would get better medical care from going to a CVS pharmacy.����
They saved my life !! What else can I tell you about them I'm very thankful for what they do if not I wouldn't be here Today Believe that lol !!!!!
This hospital is horrible, my friend went with really bad pain wed. Night in there er. She is still there and they havent figured out what is wrong.
As a fellow RN, I completely appreciated the care provided to my family member last night in the ER. Tony C. (RN), Shannon (Charge Nurse) and Robin (Case manager) displayed not only great customer service and patient care, but also also showed me professional courtesy and that goes a very long way with me. Thank you so much for being in the line of care last night - you really made a difference!
Brandon hospital is the worst.
