They were rude... I felt like I was talked down to. They poorly bandaged a cut, not once but twice..and the second time was supposed to "fix" the mistake. The nursing assistants were laughing and goofing off. Just hated it.

I found it hard to believe you have a maternity hospital and a women gives birth to a 5 lb 4 oz baby and the only diapers you have to offer the baby is a size 1. I asked if you had premie or newborn diapers in the NICU and the response was yes, but not on the maternity floor. Are you kidding me? I'm here with my newborn daughter and having a great experience thus far. The nursing staff has been wonderful, the baby suite is large and perfect for us all to feel comfortable. I delivered at St. Joseph's and Tampa General with my other 2 children, and while also great hospitals, I'm finding my experience here to be the best yet!

I was severely dehydrated nurse had hard time getting IV started, the ER Dr did it. Very attentive to my needs. CT scan ordered, LONG wait to have CT done. Did get results quickly. DX small bowel blockage. ER Dr explained everything. Told me I was to be admitted. Attending MD came in introduced himself. That was last I seen any one in ER for about 3 hrs. Not one person came in to check on me or even upd... read more

The ER took over 5 hours to get me into a room. And the doctor was polite but she seemed annoyed at the fact that I was there. As I explained my symptoms she looked at me as if I were lying until she read the results of my Ultrasounds. The person that drew my blood failed to get it twice and left a bruise and blew up my vein. It was the worst......
