We had an ER trip with overnight stay in the PICU for my 4 year old son. The care by the ER staff was excellent. Once to the floor in the PICU the nurses were amazing. They all went above and beyond for me and my little guy. The doctors were superb and explained everything all along the way! I was extremely impressed by the care we received!

The ER physicians and staff took their sweet time and spent more time goofing around outside my room (sitting for an hour after the ambulance bought me in for complete paralysis of my legs after a fall) when I asked them about some of the vulgarities they were discussing outside my room I suddenly became a priority (busted!) The physicians I saw on the floor (the internist said that I wasn't in that much pain and that Mutiple nerve impingment on your spine isn't that painful so don't even think of asking for pain meds -I don... read more

ER: Worst disorganized cluster I have sadly had to experience with a loved one TWICE now. No one communicates or seems to have answers.. constantly given half truths or mis information. It seems to be the way the facility is run, procedures, protocol, how information is shared.. its a huge disappointment to see what COULD be a good place, with caring nurses and doctors leave you wishing you had decided to go a little further to a different hospital- next time we will definitely choose a different hospital!!
