I had back surgery and I was in this hospital for 5 days last month. The care I received from the nursing and support staff was terrible! I asked several times to be washed, I got no help at all. I was not even given a fresh gown. My room was dust mopped one time, nothing else. The bed was so broken down, it caused me a lot of pain. I will not return there!

I will definitely not return here. I gave your hospital a 2nd chance to right your wrong and over 2 hours later still not seen by a doctor not to mention that I was admitted on Friday in your hospital and was supposed to receive breathing treatment for nodules in my lungs found on ct and not once after going to the floor did I get any breathing treatment. My Nurse called the on call Dr 3x throughout the night with no response from whomever that was. You best not bill me one penny because you did not do your job and the reaso... read more

I made the tragic decision when I chose this hospital after my 11 yr old son started having unbearable stomach pains last night. Your hospital billboard sign on hwy 60 says a 10 minute wait but We waited two hours in a room and he was never seen by a dr. The place wasn’t even busy. When I went to leave the dr asked me why I was leaving! He said chances are my son had an ulcer and they couldn’t help him there anyways! So he basically guessed my sons diagnosis! Wow, A psychic MD !! He never even saw my son or examined him. Nev... read more

First off your phone lines don't work! My husband and myself have been calling every 15mins since 7am! Second your staff is rude, disrespectful, uncaring and ignorant to anything that has to do with medical anything! Your doctor's have such thick accents you can't understand anything they say. Patient advocacy is never available so good luck complaining about the conditions! The one time you can get ahold of someone for information or an update on a patient, they know nothing and say "I will talk to the doc and call you back... read more

The first picture is little man the first day he was diagnosed with "viral infection"(common cold), they said suction his nose and tylenol for fever. That was easy enough he will be better in no time! Content with the answers, we headed home. The second one is when it started getting bad and we took him back to brandon hospital for choking when when he coughed, he was then diagnosed with RSV, exactly a week apart! They said there isnt much you can do just suction his nose, us...Continue Reading

I couldn’t thank BRH Pediatric ICU enough for the care our son Nicholas received while we were there for 2wks! The most amazing care received from the nursing staff, respiratory team and the Pediatric doctors. We are truly blessed to be holding our baby and being home by Christmas! Thank you all Happy Holidays!
