My son was born here, only time I’ve needed the hospital. So I had so many of the ladies there and they ALL helped me so much. Wasn’t a 5 star hotel, but it was a great hospital. I didn’t see my doctor that much but everyone else was great. First and only child, and all of you nurses helped me with all my fears of hospital and having a baby.
In ER now for breathing problem.PROMOTE on billboard and/or website...10 MINUTE ER WAIT. Called me up to triage UNDER 10 minutes. In an er room in 1/2 hour. BUSINESS PERSONNEL THERE FOR MONEY IN LESS THAN AN HOUR, 4 HOURS LATER NO CARE...NO DIFFERENT THAN 35 YEARS AGO WHEN I MOVED TO BRANDON. BEEN TO SOUTHBAY IN SUN CITY-EXCELLENT!,ST JOE IN APOLLO BEACH-VERY GOOD,TGH-EXCELLENT. Brandon...NOT SO MUCH!
Worse hospital ever!!! Never ever go there!!! Er is horrible specially with kids. I left from there 2 years ago no one would attend to my kid rude nasty nurses went all children's hospital
Emergency room visit for the flu. $4500.00 . Called and tried to ask reasonable questions as to why 30 min doctor visit is charged at 4500.00 got no explanation. Would you visit this hospital er knowing this?
I give one star because most of the nursing staff was kind and caring. The food was better than a lot of restaurants where I have eaten. That's where the good stuff ends. I was admitted on Tuesday Feb 27th and discharged on Saturday March 3rd, 2018. I was on the 4th floor room 423. I went to the ER Tuesday suffering from back issues and difficulty walking. I was told my back was a "hot mess" and admitted. I was briefed on surgery and other procedures. All I needed was an MRI. I waited 2 days (yes, 48 hours) until Thursday fo... read more
Women's Center Tower C Floor 2 The following nurses on that floor - Kristen, Needra,Tameka,Belinda and Shiny - also The charge nurse Melissa who never seems to go home and Jackie who was not MY nurse but still stood out and was there to help-- are some of the most wonderful women and nurses ever. the Er legit does nothing I took my son in Friday for obvious ear infection (went to school for nursing so yes I know what it looks like!) and they refused him antibiotics even with a wet cough took him to his dr after the weekend his dr was mad my child has double ear infection and bronchitis on the verge of pneumonia and is now on 4 rx because they didn’t wanna write him anything “yet”.
