Horrible experience in the ER. I came in with bad COVID symptoms and was treated like crap, left in a room hooked up to all the machines with no way to use the bathroom and nobody coming to help when buzzed, given Tylenol and shuffled out. My resting pulse ox was under 90 and they didn’t care! But they had plenty of time to have social hour at the desk right by my room!

RecommendedBest staff ever! I wish I could remember everyone’s names. Thanks to the 3rd floor night staff my baby girl lives! I’m so thankful for the team and their hard work! If every hospital in the world had this team... the world would be a safer place! My wife needed an emergency c-section. We were scheduled for the following morning. My father was brought there January 10th 2018. He remains in ICU for 2 weeks with zero brain function due to a massive heart attack. Our family is desperate to find the last names of his 2 night nurses. Wayne and Sheila. Please forward me their last names so I can forward via the hospital our appreciation.
Been here two times and both times have been treated like crap because your staff has screwed up SO MUCH behind the scenes!!! COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

I loved it , I was in and out and staff was very nice but I went to the maternity ward so maybe that's why but I recommend this hospital if your having a baby ❤️
Worst experience that I have had at a hospital. I appreciate the few that I have interacted with that are trying to make my visits better, but unfortunately the bad definitely outweighs the good. I think the biggest problem that unfolded today that has really set me off, was the fact that I sat in a room for 2 1/2 hours without anyone coming in to ask if I was OK or start my treatments and then had a nurse come in and hand me my discharges and tell me I was good to go… Without my treatments being even started. I cannot recommend this hospital because it is NOT a good place to be. My mother was admitted in 2011 and barely made it out alive. Another loved one was recently admitted, and unfortunately did not make it out alive. He went in for something that could have been treated. His death could have been prevented had the hospital/dr./nurses took the time to care enough to run the tests needed to diagnose and then treat. Staff is great . Nice hospital ,but it’s very slow at getting back with you . Asked for medication twice , a day later still haven’t got it . Still like the place though
