BRH saved my life. On 1/7/2020 I experienced a heart attack with 100% blockage on right side of heart. Two stents later and I wake everyday thankful to everyone at BRH. Special shout out to Allenson Clark the ER nurse. She held my hand and offered unwavering compassion and kept my family informed of everything happening to me. Truly blessed to have crossed paths with such an amazing, compassionate and caring nurse. Getting a little stronger each day and just glad to still be around.

There is absolutely NO reason why a patient on the floor should hear every single ER Sepsis and Stroke alert on the overhead intercoms at all hours of the night. No other hospital operates this way. Ever heard of phones or pagers? Ridiculous.

You could get doctors in the emergency room that know what they are doing. You get get your radiology department time stop goofing off most of the time

Think the staff is amazing and this is based off more than one visit. Direct to the point and addresses issues as they arise. Communication is always good no matter what time of day you’re there. We have unfortunately dealt with multiple hospitals/rehabs/skilled nursing over the past year. I have no worries when we’re @ Brandon Regional Hospital!

No one wants to spend Christmas in the hospital but that’s where we found ourselves this year. The staff here was amazing. They went the extra mile to make sure our son was well taken care of. Everyone from the nurses and doctors to the kitchen staff made our stay a pleasant one.

I went four days without my Insulin, the same for my Blood Pressure Medication. Doctors fault, but staff also, because they all knew I was Diabetic, from my Chart, History. I also worked with many of the Nurses and they went along with it, although they saw I was having problems with both, throughout my stay. I had to threaten signing out AMA, and going to another Hospital. You do not hold a persons long acting insulin for 4 days and use a sliding scale. I had been Diabetic at least 40 years. I experienced bad ER visits also... read more

Three stays at this facility within a year have confirmed my belief they have an outstanding staff on board. My care was excellent and everyone treated me in a caring and professional manner. One employee, Shafay, stands out as an example of the quality of care. Whenever she entered my room, I felt as if I was the only patient on the floor. She was efficient, as was everyone, but she focused her attention on me while she did her job and never made me feel as if she were rushed to get to the next patient, even though there we... read more
