I just had my first apointment with Dr. Petrone, and I was genuinely impressed. He was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgable and thoroughly discussed my issue, and various approaches in treating it. But most importantly, he treated me as a person, not just a patient. He was extremely punctual, and respected my time. I was never rushed, and he took his time to make sure all my questions were answered during the visit. Dr Petrone has treated me so kindly he is very aware of my pain and discomfort and really cares and helps me tremendously. I am having surgery this week with dr. Petrone and have total confidence in him and his abilities. He responds to messages very quickly and takes a personal hands-on approach to my care. I would recommend him very highly.
I had a crazy accident which lead me to his office. I was horrified but sitting with Dr Petrone he made me feel so comfortable and confident that my surgery and healing process will be okay. He’s beyond knowledgeable and empathetic because day of surgery I was crying like a scaredy cat lol he was comforting and reassured me I’m in good hands. His office is always clean and his staff are all very nice. 10 out of 10 recommend
Dr Brandon Petrone DO is empathetic and sincerely a great specialist. When he gives you his word it’s not just lip service, he actually follows through. I am a very tough patient, I am not a person that trusts my doctors. But let me tell you… Dr. Petrone is both genuine and brilliant. If you are looking for a spine specialist, once you meet with Dr. Petrone your search is over. I was provided patience, caring, education and understanding from beginning to end.
