I will never visit this office again. They have cancelled twice in one month for a physical. The first one was with Dr. Moore and today it was supposed to be with the NP. The front office receptionist is so rude. Aside from today’s phone conversation, every time I go into the office I get attitude from her. She’s always trying to charge us co-pays for physicals that do not require one, so clearly no one is checking eligibility prior to the visit. I appreciate that Dr Moore takes time to listen and discuss the patient's concerns. The entire staff was professional and courteous.
Dr Moore is an excellent doctor. He takes his time and listens to what you have to say. I have seen other doctors who is in and out in five minutes. I'm most appreciated of my visit on yesterday. My wife and daughter who's concerned about my present health came to my appointment and came into the exam room and not only did he listen to me he answered their questions also. I was able to get him as a new primary care doctor a few years ago. And have not been disappointed at all. He is extremely nice & thorough. I've already referred other family members to see him as well as a few neighbors too. I think it's extremely rare to find a great doctor these days. I'm so glad I found him! 1/17/25~I had to see him for follow up after being in the hospital 4 days on vacation & no lie, he was prepared & I had the hospital send my records to him.
