I sought help for PTSD from SA trauma. I came to therapy already diagnosed with PTSD. Instead Shane ignored and diagnosed generic depression. He claims there will be an accurate diagnosis but somehow he ignored for two years why I was seeking help. He claims there will be an individualized treatment plan. Not only was a plan not individualized there never was a treatment plan the entire two years I was a client. After he quit by email while I was in crisis he then fabricated three treatment plans.
