This is actually Michelle. Dr. Ma explained everything thoroughly, was compassionate, had great bedside manners, and told me a diagnosis, prescribed what was needed for a good prognosis, and told me what to do at home as well to have a successful outcome. Feeling better already after 9-11 days of being ill prior to this appointment. Highly recommend Dr. Ma.
Very disappointed with my appointment yesterday. Waited 30 minutes to be seen, got maybe 10 minutes with the Doctor. Did not answer my questions, was told he had no idea, next time I had fluid in my ears to call and he would see me within 2 days. My issue is fluid in my ears on a pretty much consistent basis, I want tubes put in but was told no most likely because when he saw me there was none. Going back everytime it’s there is crazy to me.
