Seeing Brandon was the best patient care experience I’ve had since moving to Rolla in 2020. He saw my daughter and I during rsv season, and was so calm and welcoming. He gave me so much relief with the way he examined us and diagnosed our current sickness. He was so detailed and explained everything so clearly for us. I left wondering if I could make him my new primary, he was that awesome.
I came in yesterday (Saturday) after feeling awful for an week and Brandon took great care of me! I had to wait a while in the waiting room (it was FULL though!) but once I got back to the room, he came in, listened and assessed and got me what I needed to get feeling better quickly. Sunday it was my daughter’s turn and same thing! Today was much shorter wait. Thank you Brandon and Phelps Health for taking great care and being personable at the same time!
