Lack of communication no follow up don't plan on car being ready when they tell you. During the estimate I was told car would be ready in one day turns out it took 4 days for a minor bumper repair of about $500.00. No paperwork was given when car was picked up. Very disappointed in this place.
Had a wreck with a whitetail deer took out the entire left side of my F-150. Shawn and the GREAT folks at Brandon Collision said 10 days to repair it,, truck was finished in 10 days it was returned to me prefect. I couldn't be more pleased. I will recommend this shop to everyone.
Why do car places tell you that your car will be done Thursday, make a huge point that rental must be turned in after 4 days, then say well there have been delays only one buffer etc. It's no longer an inconvenience when you have to text your boss that you can't come in due to not having a car !! Oh they were kind enough to say you can keep the rental car until tomorrow that I was told to turn in last week. Oh not to mention the returned calls, they don't exist ! The staff at Brandon Collision did a great job of handling our very major collision situation. They stayed on top of things an got us back to normal as soon as reasonably possible.
Nightmare is an understatement. It has been two MONTHS that they have had my vehicle. And still cannot seem to get it right. Everything from, "that was on the original estimate but the part was never ordered. Sorry." (Illegal by the way). To, "well Jorge isn't here so we have to wait for him to come back before we know the status of your vehicle," this has happened twice "these vehicles are a jigsaw puzzle, it's hard to know what goes where until we're done," plus half done body work.
