I was told on Friday that they will have the estimate on Monday and that was not true, the estimate was not done. On Tuesday, they call me to go over, which I did. When I arrived Tommy Gomez told me that they do not have an estimate, but that I owed $500 bucks (in deductible) once the car was done. I not even know what is wrong with the car and they are already want me to pay the deductible? not trustworthy. It is Wednesday, I not even have an estimate.
The worst experience ever....bad service. managers and above very unprofessional. They think hey are doing you a favor by talking to you. My door for van has been in backorder for more than 3 months..come on please be real..Shawm the branch manager has an attitude and Kim office manager can't even speak. i ahve no idea how she is a manager of any sort,,,,,PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.......WORST SERVICE EVER
