Had my car 90 days they called me and said it was ready 4×4 times I went out there the first time my bumper was hanging off the car almost touching the ground clear to the eye the minute I pulled up on it so that guy Mike never even looked at it. That have had my car for almost 7 weeks. My father was a paint and body man, and if it took him that long to repair a rear bumper, we would have starved to death. Always giving the run around on why it is not completed

I bought my vehicle in on April 23, 2020 for Collision Damage on The Front Drivers Side, Engine Hood, well the Vehicle was not even a year old, but it turned a year old at Brandon Collison. RecommendedKept us up to date on the progress of our truck repair and answered all questions. This was by far the best experience we have ever had with a auto body shop!

You could start by ordering the right parts the first time by simply looking at the part number on the part you are replacing. You could certainly use better quality control before you let a customer pick up their car, especially if its 7 weeks after expected repair date. At this point its 10 weeks on a job the insurance company said would take 7 days and I don't expect next week to be any different. Its always "it'll be ready Friday" Friday comes its "oh we ordered the wrong part it'll be here Monday" I'm calling my lawyer ... read more

we had just bought our F250 and someone backed into it. Brandon Collision repaired it to Showroom condition. you could not tell it had never be touch Repair quick. Excellent service and communications.
