They are not professional at all... can't recommend this shop. took two 10HP motors and they offer to provide evaluation prior to fix them and stated they will charge $125 per hour if I decided not to fix them BUT if they get to keep the motors they were not going to charge me. sounded fair to me and left them for evaluation. two weeks later they sent the evaluation report along with the repair costs and decided not to repair because the high cost per motor.( more than I paid for a new one).
