Dr. Conkling made me feel comfortable and he listened to everything I had to say. He explained everything to me in a manner that I could understand.
Such a brilliant, sharp and to the point kind of Dr. He will not sugar coat anything and he will describe a diagnosis without a demeaning attitude. He may run a little behind when I have an appointment with him but he takes just as much time with me. He is very thorough and charming. My parents also see him and love him as well. My diagnosis was spot on as well. Great dr and his nurses and Scheduler are wonderful!
Knowledgeable, caring, patient, good teacher and listener
He is a very rude and uncaring physician. He does not communicate well with other doctors for the overall wellness of his patients. He talks down to his patients and their families. Do not recommend him at all.
I was really scared about some pain I was having in my esophagus following some pneumonia medication. Dr. Conkling listened to all my concerns and also put my mind at ease about having an endoscopy done. I'm pretty young in comparison to a lot of patients getting that same procedure, so it was really nice to have someone listen to me without being dismissive.
Most uncaring man. Prior to my visit, I could hear him dealing with a patient asking for narcotics. Later, he pulled my chart out of the door, sighed heavily, and opened the door. I was a new patient just wanting to establish care to have all Drs in the same system. That's all. He walked in and said impatiently, "Why are you even here- I mean, why are you here?!" He was rude and reluctantly looked at records I brought in to him. He appears burned out and assumes everyone wants narcotics.
Listens. Answers questions without rushing through the answer. Takes appropriate amount of time with patient. Always an advocate in the patients best interests.
