Very disappointing customer service experience. I reached out twice by email at different times and never received a response. If a company provides a “Contact Us” option on its website, customers should be able to expect a reply. I also called directly, hoping to get assistance, but the representative only took my name and phone number and said someone would call me back within a few minutes. most customer service ever. we order parts from this company in Dec 2025 it is now Feb 2026. we try to call this company and no one answers the phone. we email we get no response. they take your money and never deliver on the parts.
Tech support is awesome! We were having trouble getting the camera to pair with monitor and tech support (Tim) was so valuable. Friendly, knowledgeable, diligent with excellent communication skills. Product was fine but it was installed wrong by the RV dealer.
Purchased the AHDS 7810v2 based on the salesman recommendation at Hershey RV show in 2024. Great product and looking to add the side cameras in the near future. Fully support the product. Hoping the company does better at quality assurance in packaging in the future. See the pictures on spelling. Great product though!
