Brandman’s had my Husqvarna chainsaw for over a month for repair and didn’t fix it. Charged me $50 for diagnosis and $20 for a spark plug it didn’t need. In the end the shop manager said it had a transfer port leak that wasn’t economical to repair. I took it home and fixed it myself. All it needed was a $20 ignition coil.
I dropped off a blower for minor repairs. Picked it up a month later and took it home. When I got home, it still didn't work. Nothing had been done. They charged me $60 for nothing.
