Our experience was great! Scott was helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy. Everybody at Brandl has been friendly and helpful! We love our new Equinox!
Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to experience their service. But first impressions are everything, and I was disappointed that the 2 used 2016 Suburbans advertised on the dealer's website weren't available on a Saturday to look at as the management team had both checked out for the weekend. Pretty hard to sell cars advertised if you don't have them on your lot! We were serious and ready to leave with one of them if all went well after looking at them.
