I paid 18,000 for a car. It broke down 5 months after I bought it. I called to have them fix the issues and they said it was my responsibility to pay for repairs. 5 months 18,000 the guy said well it wasn’t a new car what do you expect. 18,000 for it to break down and I shouldn’t complain Buyer Beware Don’t buy from this company people with bad credit are desperate and Brandl takes advantage of those kind of people and sells junk cars
RecommendedI was just thinking about getting a newer vehicle and took up a lot of their time while deciding. Scott wold and the rest of the staff were very patient and went out of their way to show me all of my options. I decided to purchase a 2014 Sierra. There was an issue with the battery during the sub zero temps. The service department was awesome and put a new battery in the same day and it has worked amazing. Even started at -37 this morning. Wonderful people to work with. Recommending them to everyone! 👍
