awesome food and service.
At first the waitress came out very fast, got our drink order, and food order, the lights were out over the salad bar and it was so dark I had to use the flashlight on my phone just to see what we were putting on our plate!!, when the food was brought out, she never returned, not a single waitress, no refills, no steak sauce, no one to even ask for assistance. I had to get up after waiting 10 minutes probably, go across the building just to find some A1.... the food was great don’t get me wrong... but the service sucked!!!! ... read more
We are regulars, but I guess that is going to change. Every time we come the food and service has been worse and worse. We just left and my steak was supposed to be medium rare and it had blood coming out and most of it was cold still, half of the steak was pure fat. My Father’s was cooked the way he wanted, but most of his steak was pure fat. We waited for 15 minutes after we was done eating for drinks, only got those because I flagged her down. We might give it one more try, but if it’s not any better, we won’t be back.
We ordered supper tonight, the waitress brought our ticket out with our meal. I ran out of sweat tea had to eat my entire meal with out anything to drink while 3 different waitress walked past my table with the tea pitcher and never offered to refill my glass. Was not a very happy camper.
We really enjoyed our lunch here. Everyone was great. Our glasses never went empty and our plates had large portions. A whole lot of food for your money. Sweet tea is awesome
