We went to Brandin Iron this evening. We had a party of 14, they were very gracious and put us in a separate room. Everyone’s food was perfect and we got it in a very timely manner. Our waitresses were fantastic!! We were celebrating my 20 year service anniversary with AT&T and my son-in-laws birthday 🥳. We had a cake and they provided us paper plates. Awful awful service! Went there today & waited for over an hour to be told they lost our ticket but I had to ask how much longer before the waitress told us! Two other tables, with more people, got their food before us and we ordered before they were even seated! That is ridiculous! As a waitress, that is your job! If you see someone is not getting their food that’s been there over an hour, I shouldn’t have to motion you over before you tell us! My husband decided to take me out on a date night at your location, it was a the first time since the covid thing started. My husband has raved about the steatks and knowing I love a great steak. When we arrived we were told it would be a 20 minute wait, we were more than willing to wait and were looking forward to our wonderful meal. I am truly sorry for your experience tonight. Honestly, we were completely overwhelmed this evening and between the 50% capacity that we're only allowed and the large group (the 70) that grew and grew beyond what we were expecting, and the kitchen and servers were just absolutely overwhelmed.
