AMC gone and no drop in customers prices. Ridiculous.
I have had issue with my internet now for a year. I have to constantly reset modem to make it work. Brandenburg office has replaced lines etc. they have giving up on problem, they have no idea of problem. It has gone to main office in radcliff. I email when it goes out but since the person works days and when it goes out is when he is not working it's hard to fix the issue if not seeing it happen. This is the Worst cable/internet company that I have ever experienced in my life!! I will be so glad when my apartment complex finalize negotiations with a different company. It makes me so angry to pay what I pay for cable and on a DAILY bases I am without cable!! It's RIDICULOUS! If I'm watching a channel and turn to another channel the screen is black for at least ten minutes every time!! I'm so disappointed with this company. I live in an apartment complex that has a contract with them. So we can only have brandenburg telephone company. My cable freezes for hours at a time. When the cable freeze the internet freezes and the wifi. I'm paying for a house phone I dont use just to have wifi. I've been dealing with this off and on for almost 3 years. totally unsatisfied with the amount of time it took for bbtel to bring out a new modem to me. A lightening strike on Sunday morning, 5/17/15 caused several outages of internet service along my street. As this occurred on a Sunday, apparently Brandenburg Telephone rolls up the sidewalks and doesn't provide any service. I would think that a company with as many customers as Brandenburg Telephone Company has, it should provide 24/7 repair service.
