Great service technicians! Good customer service. Wish the speeds were faster out where I live, but fiber optic is coming.
I love Brandenburg Telephone Co. They are always professional when you call them. When I have had a service problem they were there most usually the same day and fixed the problem.
Horrible overpriced services. The only ISP I've had that's worse is Hughes net. It's just a shame that where I live the only lines running in belong to bbtel.
Worst internet ive ever seen and used the wifi at mcdonalds provided more stable internet then this. When at&t moves in i see bbtel going out of business seeing as you guya wait til last min to do your mandatory server updates which causes your customers service to lag or even disconnect. When customers pay for a service your job then as the provider is to provide said service not procrastinate doing your job and waiting last minute for updates or scamming people in service charges.
