Customer service sucks. Internet kept dropping several times a week for several years, everytime they come out they said it was a broken wire. They kept patching it up and it kept losing connection. Been paying the additional in home wiring plan, but they never replaced anything. I finally replaced the wiring myself (in home) and it never dropped connections again. Watch out they ate crooks!!!! Brandenburg's service is really bad at times constant internet disconnections/interruptions it's really frustrating at times when it happens nearly most of the disconnects/interruptions seem to happen on their end you guys really need to get your stuff together
rip off artist. don't waste your time or money with these crooks. Service is terrible, and they charge for services unwanted, and tried to get multiple deposits out of me.. I will gladly drop you and not look back. "CROOKS"
We use to have BBTEL services when we lived on 401. Best service ever. Now we live on 259 south and desperately need you to extend to our area at Madrid, KY. No one knows bad service is until they deal with bad service and that ain't BBTEL. You can talk to real people there, you aren't lead through push 1, then push 3, then push 1 and so on so that you will give up, hang up and put up with the crap that AT & T puts you through. PLEASE BBTEL extend through Breck Cty on 259 to Everleigh and on to Leitchfield. Everyone deserves... read more
