I booked a appointment for sister locs with Ari. I made her aware that it was a while since I had a retie. She charged me $385 also a $$50 deposit a total of $430 I paid upfront before my appointment. My appointment was at 1:30. After she started my hair,2 hours,ln she told me she would have to stop at 6pm. I told her this was my only day off. 6pm came she said we will have to reschedule me.I asked her.
