This degenerate has been charged with 13 counts of theft in Clark County, and 5 counts of theft in Floyd County. I've found TWENTY-SEVEN people from multiple sources who claim he scammed them; it appears this man has been scamming residents of southern Indiana for the last 3 years, from at least 2019 to now, 2022, with impunity. Scammers. James Morgan convinced me to pay upfront (with a signed contract), but won't return my phone calls and hasn't came out to cut down any trees. I've noticed many other reviews just like this. Maybe the company used to be okay, but all of the recent reviews are just like mine. They took my money and won't call me back, won't do the work.
