Tom did a very thorough job inspecting our house before purchase. He also provided us with a well-organized document covering everything that he found. This was useful for negotiating with the seller and also helpful so that we could have a to-do list for smaller repairs that we wanted to do on our own.

Working with Tom on the inspection of our Bloomington home was great. His report was very complete. He noted the areas of the house that I needed to address and that helped save my time. We ran into issues with the inspection of our Shakopee home but Tom bent over backwards to address our concerns and in the end everything worked out. Tom was able to adjust his schedule to squish us in for a tight inspection window. He explained things in a clear manner that we were able to work into our decision to counteroffer and request repairs.
