Branch Orthopedics was beyond excellent, from the front desk to the doctors and PA. I personally dealt with Tyler the PA and would recommend him to anyone in need of orthopedic expertise. He was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable in fixing the pain in my elbow in both rotator cuffs.
Top notch providers and care.
This place treated me like family. I broke my hand playing hockey and had to go to them for consult/surgery. Throughout the whole process Dr Finuoli, PA Tyler and PA Charlie (and the entire back office staff!) were incredibly friendly and professional. 11/10. Highly recommend.
The office staff refused my request to see the doctor twice already. they simply didn’t want to make the doctor’s appointment at any time! With PA only! I have nothing against PA, but i have a referral to doctor Finuoli. Each time i am talking to the office they make up new rules: you can’t see the doctor on your first visit; you can’t see the doctor if MRI was ordered by PA, you can’t see the doctor because he has a limited availability ( basically never available, i asked for any time at any day).
