The office staff refused my request to see the doctor twice already. they simply didn’t want to make the doctor’s appointment at any time! With PA only! I have nothing against PA, but i have a referral to doctor Finuoli. Each time i am talking to the office they make up new rules: you can’t see the doctor on your first visit; you can’t see the doctor if MRI was ordered by PA, you can’t see the doctor because he has a limited availability ( basically never available, i asked for any time at any day). I guess they had my first review scrubbed, so here’s another one.
Dr. Finuoli and Charles Brogan are the best. I won't go anyway else. Very caring and compassionate
They canceled the appointment I waited weeks for because their one xray technician called out an hour before my appointment. Forcing me to wait another week to be seen for an issue I lose sleep over.
