I've lived here for six years and just renewed my lease. I've been very happy here and LOVE the location! The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. It's a very safe and quiet area with lots of places to walk and a trail going over to Bond park. I'm very happy here!
This complex has a pretty serious COCKROACH/BUG issue. They have a company come and spray every other week, and there's a reason why. We have repeatedly found cockroaches and other bugs in our apt, and we recently just decided to just fog it ourselves to see if that would help. The leasing agents and maintenance pretend to be so nice when you're looking and before you sign the lease, but if you're going in for questions or for requests most of the time the are quite dismissive and give off an air of impatience (like they hav... read more
The review 6-12 is correct. In addition The maintenance staff do what the owners want fix whatever is broke the cheapest way you can. Bring your tape measure. the 1 bedroom is 682 sq ft not 740 and 2 bedroom 896 sq ft not 975. The apt. Is 28 years old with no upgrades done in years. The rents increase $50 to $110.00 a year and they only give you 2 weeks to decide if you want to renew a 12 mth lease or pay an additional $175 to rent mth to mth. Apartment is infested with roaches! Office staff is incredibly rude, cantankerous, and uncaring. They display a total lack of concern for any issue you bring to their attention. Maintenance is slow and performs substandard quality work when they do show up. Apartment complex is incredibly old and dilapidated. The Cary Police have visited the apartment complex on an almost weekly basis it seems.
