Omg this place stinks, worst costumer service ever.. before I went to the dealer I read reviews and I was like.. well it cant be that bad.. but let me tell you this is the worst costumer service ever they overcharge you and thats all they care about money.
I happen to take my Cadillac CTS 2008 there for service and that was a mistake. Not only they were NOT respectful and welcoming, they were careless and incompedent. Eployees flirting in front of customers and making remarks like "Marina, you so beautiful.." while completely not paying attention to whoever else was around. Rep taking the order missed half of what was wrong with the car therefore it did not get fixed. It took 3 days to fix seat which was not moving... and some other issues I asked to fix were not taken care of... read more
