It doesn't matter how good the deal seems, run from these guys. They are as unscrupulous as can be. I purchased a used car 3 days ago and the A/C has already failed. Clearly they charged it up with freon just to get me off the lot. Now that I am attempting to contact my salesman Angel Victoria, he is non-responsive. Braman still waiting from post 2 weeks ago to resolve problem Braman caused.
Braman auto transport truck hit my auto on Alton Road in Miami Beach three weeks ago. I’m still waiting for the dealership to contact me as to help me. So far no word from Braman Dealerships. I’m out of pocket repair money and no where to turn. Frustrated by Braman Miami refusing to take responsibility. Sad World!!
Braman Miami are thieves. They have collisions with their car transport trucks and refuse to take responsibility. I suggest any other dealer than Braman. You’ve been warned
Do not go to Braman Motors. A car transport truck hit my car in Miami Beach and service manager refused to claim responsibility and told to go away. Braman is not a reputable company. Stay away.
