Don't recommend buying from out of state. Took a few days to get paper work. Even after they received the bank wire it took a few days to release car. Salesman promised accessories for the delay and car arrived with no accessories. Salesman said they would ship me car mats but never received them. If you buy from them out of state they require you to pay your state tax, tag and registration to them. Bought in July it's a couple days until September and still no Tag for the car. The service advisor has good communication with me. The convenience of the concierge and the loaner is a big plus. However today I had a very disappointing experience. I was offered a detailing job. When I received my vehicle, there was only an evident exterior car wash completed. Vacuum vacuuming had been done at its worst. There was no wiping or cleaning of the interior and there was evidence of dust dirty, cupholders caked on dirt on the road protectors and left behind sand and dirt in the trunk space.
