The dealership allowed me to leave the lot in a newly leased vehicle without verifying that I had the required insurance coverage, which is a serious failure in due diligence given the value of the vehicle. When I attempted to address this issue afterward, the dealership was unresponsive and failed to take accountability. In addition, the staff was unprofessional and discourteous. I just leased for the first time a car and I did it because the incredible experience I had at braman genesis all because Ruddy he is incredible for the second he came to greet us , he explained everything and all the process was fast he is great if you ever thinks about buying or leasing a genesis Ruddy is your guy !!
