I took my Cadillac XT4 2024 three times for the same issue at Braman Cadillac Miami and the first two times they told me twice they took the car for a drive and there is no issue with my car when there was. Took it back the third time mid December 2025 for the same crackling nose when I drive the car and finally they said the cup holders were broken. They had to place an order so they can replace it.
