First time in and overall had a great experience. Staff were friendly, honest, and upfront. They focused on what was necessary and it didn’t feel like they were trying to oversell me, which is a very important aspect that contributed to the positive experience.
Yesterday I stopped by this Brakes Plus in a bit of a panic. I could not get my tail light assembly to release and was afraid I would break it if I kept trying. I called ahead and Nathan told me to come on over. When I arrived, Wilson made sure I was taken care of and brought Mason out to help. Mason let me watch in the garage so I could learn how to do it myself next time, worked through a stubborn assembly, and even caught that my turn signal bulb needed replacing too.
