I’m super disappointed with this Brakes Plus location. I’ve had work done by BP before and had a good experience. I referred a family member to them and they treated her horribly. The mechanic that worked on her vehicle messed up when installing her new brakes and would not admit it. When my family member got her car back, it was making a loud clunking noise that it never made before. On 3/10/26 I paid about $1,000 at the Brakes Plus on N Beach (76137) for new brakes and rotors. When I picked up my vehicle it immediately had a loud clunking/rattling noise coming from the front passenger side that had never been there before. I returned right away and spoke with Tommy and the mechanic who performed the work. After a short drive around the building I was told the noise was “already there” and that I would need about $1,500 in suspension repairs.
