Be careful went here to get a simple expansion tank exchange, turn into a nightmare all of a sudden. I was being told I need to pay for $3500. AC compressor come to find out their machine wasn't calibrated correctly only after arguing with the manager and having to escalate the corporate for corporate to actually sort it out. The district manager actually worked it out for me and sent me to another brakes plus that actually got my car calibrated and the part exchange correctly. I found that my car was leaking oil in my driveway and took it to Brakes Plus for a situation assessment. They immediately went to work and found that the oil change I had several weeks earlier was the culprit as that mechanic did not tighten the oil filter properly. Greg and his team tightened the loose oil filter, cleaned it off and added one quart of oil…..all free. I was very pleased with their quick work and doing so without a charge. I’ll continue to be their customer, especially after this gracious gesture.
Thomas was great, even though I didn’t get my car fixed here they were able to tell me exactly what’s wrong with my car. That way I’m able to go to Tesla service and tell them exactly what’s wrong I need. Thomas didn’t charge me to check out my car and I appreciate that so much! Will definitely be back if something is needed!
Pulled into this shop today with no appointment due to low tire pressure and meet a wonderful young man by the name of Thomas Coffman, who was also the Store Manager. He took excellent care of me. Definitely would come back here again! Customer service was impeccable! Thank you again Thomas.
